Crawling Documents with Attribute-based Security
Steve has another request from the Finance group. The Finance department maintains an Excel document with the title "Monthly payroll data". The author who signs off this document is the Payroll head. This document should be accessible only to the payroll sub-group, and to no one else. Timothy studies the requirement and concludes that designing an authorization plug-in for this is inevitable. He implements the Attribute-based security model and enables the payroll sub-group to crawl the payroll document.
