Determining the Document Model

Timothy now needs to settle on the document model. He needs to determine what constitutes a document. It could be a virtual document synthesized on the fly or could contain only metadata. Timothy needs to decide on the set of metadata that should be collected as document attributes that can be searched. Bill provides the list of attributes that need to be included in the output (such as employee id, full name, job title, telephone number, and department number).
