Define an E-Mail Source
One of the regular users of Oracle Enterprise Search that belongs to Oracle Corporation, requests Jodie that she wants to search her emails also using Oracle Enterprise Search. Jodie therefore decides to add this option for this particular user on a specific Oracle Enterprise Search instance.
Jodie creates an e-mail source in Oracle Enterprise Search. She provides the requested users' e-mail id, password, and the IMAP server that the user is using to the Oracle Enterprise Search tool, and gets the e-mail search access to the user.
