Enhancing Search Quality
Jodie has noticed that the click-through rate has declined. This is an indication that people may not be seeing the information they need easily. Jodie decides to boost relevance of certain key documents and define source groups to make it easier for people to find what they need.
Jodie has also noticed that the users mis-spell the words while entering the search string. She eases this process by providing alternate words to the users.
Also, Jodie wants to enhance the search quality by suggesting actual content rather than links to be displayed in the result list. She enables this by using the Suggested Content feature.
