I have not seen this issue so I am going out on a limb here. Please look at
the affected files in the JSP view and note if any of them specify a 4.2
theme. If so, you will need to change them to the 4.3 theme.
There are some WAGs here: NetBeans 6.1/6.5 upgrade Woodstock from 4.2 to 4.3
