The GA build of Project Woodstock 4.2 has been promoted to the ML
(Multi-Lingual) release.

The Roadmap has been updated to reflect the 4.2 ML release.

The Project Woodstock 4.2 ML release announcement is part of the
NetBeans 6.1 ML release, which was also announced last week.
