After further debugging, it appears that JSF Extensions isn't evaluating
JavaScript. Looking at the response, I see that all JavaScript is
wrapped in CDATA tags. Although there may be still be a Woodstock issue
to correct, I don't see how this can work if JSF Extensions never
evaluates the script? Woodstock did not add these tags.

That said, I'll keep working on this, but there may be a JSF Extensions
issue to file here. Did you say this worked previously with 4.1? Do you
know what version of JSF Extensions you're using?
