I took a look at bugs 730-733, and those look to be exactly the problem.
The bugs have a target milestone of 'milestone 1', and a Version of 4.1.
Does this mean they are targeted to be fixed before the end of the month
(the September 28th build 13, before entering the 'high resistance mode'),
or will they be after 4.1?
