The jsp will only have an impact on performance only on the 1st time you
run it after deployment, as the jsp needs to be compiled. Otherwise,
this is an impossible question to answer explicitly as there are too
many factors that could contribute to slow performance (servers with not
enough horsepower, network traffic, etc...).
