Is it expected that methods with annotations of @WebSocketMessage should
result in MessageHandlers exposed via the Session.getMessageHandlers() as
well?

So that if there are 3 @WebSocketMessage methods, there should be 3
resulting entries in the Session.getMessageHandlers() as well?
