[jsr356-users] Default behavior of primitive decoders

With the implementation of the various encoders and decoders, do we have
any guidelines on special cases?

Such as...

If during the process of a Decoder.Text<Float> default behavior, the
decoded Float should result in either NaN or Infinite, is that considered a
DecoderException?
