As promised, I have updated the Red Hat community's "EL WishList" document.
I migrated the outstanding feature requests from the old EL21 page and added
some other issues that had gotten swept under the carpet to this page:

Please refer to this document from now on as the source of our
proposals. The document isn't perfect yet, but it should be a great starting
point. Feel free to provide feedback and I'll update it.
As I mentioned in the other thread, all proposed changes should be captured
in the issue tracer. The ELWishList document on sfwk.org is not the
authority. It's just an initial proposal and brainstorm. We'll update the
page to reference the issue report(s) associated with each feature as they
are created.
