Hm.  I used one mail to both EGs since it was a combined meeting:

As you can see, the 369 and 372 lists are on the To:, but I don't see
that email in the 369 archive.  So, it must not have gone through.  As a
result, this group has effectively not had a chance to participate in
the timeslot selection: I am very sorry about that.  Here at least are
