V B Kumar,

I am working on Apache Axis project in SAAJ/JAX-RPC.
I plan to keep in sync with this RI behavior on the addChildElement() after it is clarified.
Can you give any hint about when the next rev. of spec is scheduled?
Will it be published on http://java.sun.com/j2ee/1.4/docs/api/?

Thanks.
