Hi all,
You are getting this message because you are on the dev alias for a
project that recently migrated from the CollabNet project collaboration
infrastructure
to the Kenai project collaboration infrastructure.
I want to start off by saying, "Thanks for your (continued) patience."
The forwarded e-mail was sent to the dev alias of the glassfish project,
which is still hosted on the CollabNet infrastructure. I am sure there
are some of you that have seen it. I am sorry about sending you another
copy but I want to make sure that all developers associated with the
migrated projects are updated.
I won't lie... The migration has been bumpy. But, I will be honest, I
do not know what bumps you have hit or are headed towards. That is why
we want to get feedback from you on the state of your project after
migration. Please send your feedback to
feedback_at_glassfish-migration.kenai.com. You can see what is happening
on the list by reading the archive:
http://kenai.com/projects/glassfish-migration/lists/feedback/archive. If
you want to get really interactive on the list, you will need to subscribe.
thanks,

attached mail follows:
(This is a repost -- I cannot confirm that the original made it through
:-( ).
Hi
The Kenai projects in the first wave of migration are now live.
Project teams should pull the repositories and perform builds and tests
to ensure that the trunk and necessary branches are correct.
Access
E-Mail messages with the instructions for passwords are being mailed and
it will be several days before they're all sent. Your Kenai user ID will
match your Collab ID. If you need access prior to receipt of that
e-mail, you can reset your password manually (I'm not sure how long this
will take). Please note, this password will be reset when the automated
message is sent. Therefore, I would recommend holding off with this,
unless you absolutely need access. All projects allow unregistered read
access to the repositories so, you can pull the existing source, without
credentials.
Web Sites
When the sites are turned back on, project/site owners should start
reviewing the links to ensure that they are reasonable. We have provided
the theme basics (and will likely be adding more updates in the coming
days). Check with the Getting Started, and Site migration wiki pages for
guidelines regarding changes.

Vince Kraemer can also help answer any questions.
There is a lot of help already written about Kenai. Feel free to spend
some time reading about the tools, facilities, and features.
http://java.net/projects/help/pages/Home
We will host an orientation session either this coming Friday, or
Monday. Stay tuned for final details on this.
WebSite work is in progress. We had hopped to have applied the theme to
all projects prior to go-live, but we were hampered by project up-load
issues over this past weekend. Please coordinate any actions through
Vince. We expect to have the remainder of the sites back to the
GlassFish theme in a day or so.
(Yes - Site is themed and enabled, In Progress - Some parts are
completed, still work to be completed; No - theme and/or site files not
yet applied.)
