Hi,

    Does anyone plan on documenting all JSR311 methods missing Javadoc?
For example, it isn't clear what kind of EntityTag
ResponseBuilder.tag(String) builds. Is it weak or strong? A lot of these
things should be documented and the best way to do so is to fill in the
missing Javadoc. Should I file a bug report against this?
