We've just released Restlet 1.1.0 including our implementation of JAX-RS 1.0
developed by Stephan Koops. See full announce here:

Our implementation leverages our core Restlet API as much as possible (we
made several improvements necessary) and comes as a pluggable extension. It
can nicely leverage traditional class-oriented Restlet code and
annotation-oriented JAX-RS code if necessary, allowing you to benefit from
the best of both worlds.
