Sorry, I missed this. Section 5.1 is intended to be specific to JAX-RS
applications deployed in a Servlet container, hence the section title.
Not sure what I could do to make that more explicit other than repeat
"Servlet" in lots of places but I think the section context makes that
unnecessary.
In section 5.3 we list the injection required for other containers. We
haven't found those requirements to be too onerous for the containers
we support in Jersey so far.
