Thanks Leonid,

I figured out the problem. It seems to be old jar file for the JSF Templating code in the Sailfin distribution. Sailfin enhances the GF application server by adding SIP functionality to the app server. It seems that the Sailfin branch uses an old version of the JSF templating code and I had checked out the latest code. Hence my breakpoints on certain line numbers were not actually the code compiled.

When I updated the code, all is working like a charm.

Warm Rgds,
Irfan

Irfan,

my environment is different (Eclipse + JSF/JSFT + Tomcat).

Generally, I can reach break points in JSFT sources.

Can you reach LayoutViewHandler.renderView ?

I believe any (even most simple) jsft page has to go

through that method.

Windows Live Hotmail and Microsoft Office Outlook – together at last. Get it now!
