In the meantime, I have built facelets from a fresh HEAD build and put
the resultant facelets-1.1.10a.jar into the contrib/facelets section of
the facelets Documents & Files folder on the facelets website.
I have updated the jsf-extensions build instructions to include this
information.
Now the full autocomplete works on Jacob's JavaOne demo with the code in
jsf-extensions.
