Hi Ollie,

Thanks for the reply. The issue may be a little less critical or easy to
change for JPA (which has no immediate plans for major updates in EE 8
AFAIK) where the final versions cannot be re-licensed anyway.
However for brand new JSRs especially the likes of 375 where the community
has done most as of now, it makes it hard to get that community create a
closed TCK, it's pretty much the opposite of a collaborative, open effort;-)
