Ivar/all,

Thanks for trying to add more flexibility/Agility to JMS 2.1 as a couple of
other JSRs (also many lead by Oracle like JAX-RS or MVC) managed to get
working on GitHub (which other than java.net is currently the de facto
place to be for Open Source projects, we don't know what's happening with
java.net in the long term, but Oracle may well obey to GitHub's power like
Google did when they shut down their own repository hosting)
