As promised, I have today formally submitted the JMS 2.0 Public Draft to the JCP admins for publishing on the jcp.org
website. I'll let you know just as soon as this is done (may take several days). I was asked to submit this today to
give the JCP admins time to process it before the forthcoming holidays.

I have asked for the formal review period to be from 3 Jan 2013 to 4 Feb 2013.

The formal draft spec and javadocs will be made available for download from the JCP website. I'll let you know when this
has been done.

Meanwhile you can also browse the javadocs at
http://jms-spec.java.net/2.0-PublicDraft/apidocs/index.html
(note slightly different URL)

and you can view the draft spec in its usual place:
http://java.net/projects/jms-spec/sources/repository/content/jms2.0/specification/word/JMS20.pdf

Although I have submitted the current draft we can continue to change it so PLEASE CONTINUE TO MAKE COMMENTS. We are
allowed to submit an updated version of the draft up until two days before the end of the review period, and I intend to
do so.

When the review period is complete there will be a ballot of the Java EE Executive Committee (that's not us) to approve
the draft. After then we have a few days before we submit the final draft.

Here's the schedule I'm working to:
http://java.net/projects/jms-spec/pages/Home#JMS_2.0_schedule

Here's more about the public review
http://jcp.org/en/resources/guide8

The public draft is an opportunity to promote the spec outside of the expert group and user alias. I will prepare a wiki
page to promote it and which gives links to the spec, javadocs and reference implementation. I'll let you know when it's
ready.
