Hello Jersey users,
This is a heads-up that we plan to remove the org.glassfish.jersey.spi.ResponseExecutorsProvider from the Jersey 2.x SPI in Jersey 2.5. This SPI has been inconsistently used by Jersey runtime and we did not find a suitable use case where a custom response processing executor would make sense (we still be keeping the enhanced request processing executor provider).
We apologize in advance for any inconveniences caused by the planned change. While we have no indication that the removed SPI is used in the Jersey community, please do not hesitate to contact us in case you think that you have a valid use case where the use of a custom response executor makes sense.
