Upgrade your hk2-api dependency to 2.2.0-b19.

Yes, that's beta, but that's what you gotta do to get it working.
Apparently there's a backwards incompatible change in the
AbstractActiveDescriptor class.

The Guice integration with Jersey 2.x is a complete mess.
