Package structure and config options have changed in Jersey 2.0.
com.sun.jersey.spi.container.servlet.ServletContainer ->
org.glassfish.jersey.servlet.ServletContainer
com.sun.jersey.config.property.packages ->
jersey.config.server.provider.packages
