[Jersey] How to have ExceptionMapper skip exception subclasses?

Hi,

     I filed http://java.net/jira/browse/JERSEY-1607 which I believe is
a candidate for Jersey 2.x. I took a quick look at the Jersey 2 API and
it doesn't seem to address this yet. Let me know what you think.
