Hi Saravanan,
I can only speak about Jersey since I've never used Apache Wink.
Jersey is well designed, is being actively developed, and has great
community support. It's rare to find such a gem in the open-source
community, so I invite you to jump on-board :) I've yet to run across an
Apache project that had these three vital elements.
