This works now:

SecurityFilter.class.getName() + ";" + LoggingFilter.class.getName());
jerseyAdapter.addInitParameter(ResourceConfig.PROPERTY_CONTAINER_RESPONSE_FILTERS,
LoggingFilter.class.getName());
