Can you confirm that WADL is generated from the app by doing the
following:

   curl -v http://localhost:8080/<base>/application.wadl

where <base> is the base path of the deployed app. That will help
determine if it is a NBs or Jersey issue, in addition to the fact that
we are continuously testing this and see no failures.
