Hi,
What version of Jersey are you using in the deployment folder?
Have you by any chance more than one version of the jersey jars in the
deployment folder? can you list the jersey jars you are using in the
deployment folder.
This type of error seems to indicate that you are using a version of
Jersey < 1.3 and you may have multiple versions of jersey jars present.
