Hi Charles,
Thanks for replying to my previous post.

The Filter we are writing is going to get quite complex and we may at some
point need to chain them, so sublcassing the Jersey ServletContainer isn't
an option for us.

I'll post if I get any further with the testing using GlassFish or other
container.
