The infrastructure is back up and running again. Some fresh 1.2
snapshots were published at [1].
For 1.3, i need to update/test/re-enable the deploy scripts as we
changed the project config recently (SE 5->6 switch
in particular changed the project pom tree). This should be sorted out
by next week (cross fingers),
when if things do not break again, you should have the 1.3 snapshot bits
back at the public repository.
In the meantime, we will try to get the 1.2 version out the door.
