as you know, we'd be glad if you would mention and link:
"WebDAV Support for JAX-RS", an extension to JAX-RS allowing to build WebDAV
based services. It is using Jersey 1.1 + embedded Derby + EclipseLink +
embedded Grizzly to run it's samples.
