Jersey OSGification using Apache ServiceMix

Hi,

i have created a new branch for $subj: jersey-servicemix ([1]),
based on the work done by Richard Wallace. At the moment,
besides a slightly updated jsr311-api module,
only the core and server Jersey modules are present
along with a very simple test. The only difference to Richard's modules
is updated Jersey version and the fact, that Jersey source files
are not repeated there so they could stay maintained only
at their original location.

The test is failing at the moment, but whoever is interested in this
could have a look and comment/help. I am quite sure the jsr311 module
and the test is right, as it works with the Richard's version,
so the next steps is to fix the server/core modules and then
to add other jersey modules and appropriate tests.

After you check-out the branch you can test it with:
cd osgi/servicemix && mvn clean install

~Jakub
