I'm working on modifying Jersey under the Atmosphere project
(
http://atmosphere.dev.java.net). Version 0.2 will add such support, and
will make use that under the hood it use the native container comet
implementation. If you have requirements, you are welcome to send them
to users_at_atmosphere.dev.java.net.
