Now that Jersey 1.0 is out, you can get the 1.0 sources from

I think Jersey was mavenized and modularized in 0.9.

Are you specifically looking for 0.8? You can get the sources from the
distribution
(https://jersey.dev.java.net/files/documents/7056/100749/jersey-0.8-ea.zip)
