Thanks for finding this. Drat, we pulled the GlassfishDB example from
the distribution at the last minute because of issues with the default
database setup with GFv2.
But we forgot to modify 'jersey-on-glassfish.xml' :-(
Jakub is working to get the 0.5 distribution to the update center.
