If you use the following trunk development bits:
http://bits.netbeans.org/download/trunk/nightly/latest/
and use the update center to download the plugin, you will get access to
the plugin in sync with 0.4 version.
Hopefully in a day or two, with blessing from Lukas (cc'ed) you would be
able to get to the 6.0 NB plugin for Jersey 0.4-ea using the 6.0 release
candidate bits:
