Where can I find the latest online javadocs for JSR 311 ?

I could not find them linked either from jsr311.dev.java.net or
jersey.dev.java.net. The only version I found was available at:

https://jsr311.dev.java.net/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=7192&expandFolder=7192&folderID=0

Having an online version of javadocs would make it really useful. I'd
propose to use http://jsr311.dev.java.net/latest-javadocs to provide the
latest javaodcs (basically following W3C document versioning mechanism).
