Well, I don't think we have anything else than what is present in
documentation on project page, so you might have to explore project by
yourself. It should be pretty straightforward, there is lots and lots of
information in javadoc, especially if you want to contribute to Jersey
2.x (which is preferred).

If I'm not mistaken, you cannot assign anything to anyone. Best way
would be adding comment to some issue and/or letting us know (for
example by sending a note to this mailing list). You could start with
issues with fix version set to 2.x-backlog or 2.x-icebox.. or anything
else, but please ask us for confirmation (it is possible that that issue
might be somewhat important for us and we would need to handle it by
ourselves).

About technical delivery - best way would be creating pull request on
github - see https://github.com/jersey/jersey

Last but not least - you have to sign OCA before we can consider merging
your parch to master branch. (see
www.oracle.com/technetwork/community/oca-486395.html)
