Is the intent for the DynamicResourceConfig to truly be dynamic and have the ability at runtime to add or remove resource classes to and from it or is it designed for resource discovery at initialization only? This question is related to my previous inquires on dynamically modifying the resource classes associated with a WebApplication.

Thanks!

Aaron
