Probably the best thing to do for now is look at the dependent jars of
the SimpleServlet example (please look at the SVN trunk because there is
an issue with the automated builds at the moment).

This needs to be tidied up separating out the runtime jars from compile
time jars.

This also needs to be tidied up w.r.t. entity providers and
dependencies, for example it is currently necessary to depend on the
ROME jars even if ROME is not used. I need to look into the entity
provider loading stuff to ignore unrecognized classes.
