So, one way moving forward is to "refresh the pom and release the
fluent-api to the central Maven repo?"
I could probably do this. I guess I would approach it as follows:
* Reinstate the fluent-api and the value-constructor plugins from the
old subversion code
* I would create directories /fluent-api/[trunk, tags, branches] for
the code, and similar for /value-constructor
* I would also update the wiki with hopefully updated information
