The Reference Place Holder (RPH) is an index code used to identify an instance in a collection of like items (e.g. used to assign individual passengers or clients to particular itinerary items). Availability is limited based on guest qualification criteria e.g. AAA member or Government Employee Indicates an issue that precluded the ability to provide the information. The RatePeriodSimpleType simple type defines a set of valid values for the type of rate that may be applied.
