strange, for me, it shows:

Search on MVN central repo leads to the file with 869.3 K size (its SHA1
checksum is : 56baae106392040a45a06d4a41099173425da1e6 )
Do 'mvn -U ...' to force its update and/or check proxies on your side
and/or your connection, please. There's nothing what can be done on our
side.
