Hello Mr. Ettinger,
you have addressed this to a user's list where geeks discuss how to use JAXB
which is not quite the right place for your question.
However:
Java Architecture for XML Binding (JAXB) is based on a specification
originally produced by Sun and now (hopefully) maintained by Oracle.
The JAXB software comes bundled with various (freely available) Java
distributions provided by Oracle, although it is also (freely) available as
a stand-alone package. In either case, the German subsidiary of Oracle
should provide you with all you need.
Beste Grüße nach Bayern
WL
