The problem actually was a name conflict with

xml:space ( preserve ) #FIXED 'preserve'
%SVG.Core.attrib; // contains some xml:space attribute, too

and how to solve it (define an alternative with a<bindings>.xjb). Finally I used another DTD. However, I still may need your solution.
