Use something like JWhich (
http://www.javaworld.com/javaworld/javatips/jw-javatip105.html) to figure
out the exact uri.

so, for example:
jar:file:/C:/dev/ambrosia/trunk/target/ambrosia-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar!/org/eoti/spec/gaea/gaea-common-1.0.xsd
