It seems that in JAXB 2.0, if a schema has the blockDefault attribute set it
is being ignored. I thought that by setting this attribute that JAXB was
not supposed to generate XML Instances that use xsi:types. We have a
restriction on our naming and design rules to specifically say that xsi:type
can't appear in the instance.
Is blockDefault implemented in JAXB 2.x, is it ignored?
